Individual counselling includes face-to-face one-on-one therapy in Durban North which provides a confidential and supportive space for individuals to explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth with professional guidance.

I offer individual counselling sessions tailored to your needs, whether online or in person. If you prefer virtual sessions, we can connect via Google Meet or Zoom, and if those aren’t available, WhatsApp video call is an option—I believe in the importance of face-to-face interaction, even if it’s through a screen.
For those in or around the Durban North area, you’re welcome to visit for an in-person session, where you can relax on a comfortable couch with a beautiful sea view. You’ll also have the option of friendly company from my extremely gentle therapy dog—though if you’re not a fan of dogs, rest assured, she’ll stay in the bedroom and won’t disturb you.
